Everybody in their kindred nobody have been able to build a decent block house not even their children's children even after returning the deity. Fear some of this deity oo.

The most ignorant are those who are oblivious of their plight and think they know everything, Puffed up with self indulgent speciousness
Those translations are totallyoff Nothing to do with white folk.
What is African stupidity? Why the self loathing there are no peoples that don't have these.None.That you don't understand them doesn't justify your using them as a canvas to project your low self esteem?
It is really funny how the most ignorant have the most certainty about their bizarre assertions.
Proceed from a place of intellectual curiosity and you will learn.
There is nothing magical about a sculpture. It does not have the power to prevent colonisation any more than a painting or a poetry. They are forms of communication eternally, to whom it may concern, from one evolved mind to another. They are not for every one.
Pearls are not for swine

Dieties I think you read that. These are the sources of African superstitions and magical powers. How have benefited blacks? Which of them is being recognized globally? Funny enough, the majority of these dieties are sought after by ' shithole people of black descent. This is the reason for slavery, colonization, dehumanization, confusion of black race.

Blacks put their trusts in these vanities and have bee always the dreg of human existence.
Bro, if you are of Christian faith, read Isa. 19, 20. and see the project about blacks and see the pitiable state of black race. You will notice all these have come true and will weep for black race.

In my own personal research, a

bout black race, I began to read all manners of things about why is Africans are poor and helpless. I found out that the main reason is idolatry and magic and superstition. You have right to your opinion as I do.

The dieties that couldn't save their worshiper s and were carried away with them are now on display. For what reason, to show how useless those effigies were when they were being carried away to Europe for display
y. What do we gain from that? Nothing. An average black man would rather do charms, take oaths in ramshackle shrines than investing in expertise but do rituals and worship stupid dieties.

Please,Just stay with your opinion.

Those are not deities. Let us be clear about that. They are representations of deities and OTHER THINGS just like ink on paper using alphabets eg G O D represents a deity.
When people look at the letters G O D do they observe a deity?
When we use language to tell a story we do not relive the event.
The event and the telling of the event are not the same.
Can one describe fear to a person who has never felt fear or the sun to a person born blind.
Some people taste colour while others smell sound. It is called synaesthesia.

All deities are in the mind.
If there is no mind there is no deity .
Deities are not an African phenomenon, they are universal.
They are also personal
What does a man gain from keeping photographs of his mother or girlfriend in his phone or office. ?
Deities do not have to mean all those things you have written.
They can be very simple signposts of existence
Some people understand phenomena better when they hear it and others when they see it.
The best place to start is to assume you know nothing the worst is to assume you know everything

A carving such as that can represent death or birth at a more evocative level than the letters D E A T H or B I R T H
They are targeted at minds that vibrate at the same frequency

The whites sure know what they are doing.
They are buying the source of the essences of nature.
They study them and harness the powers
Africa the first have become the last because of foolishNess and self hate.
What we had in Africa isn't even religion rather it is higher order science and technology masked under the veil of religious rituals.
The clever caucasians have realized this truth and can pay and even steal in order to have this valuable source of the essences.
Africa is really foolish

THE ARTWORKS ARE ACTUALLY A TYPE OF ART AND PHILOSOPHY
ART IS A REFELECTION OF THE CULTURE AND PHILOSOPHY OF A PEOPLE
THEY ARE BEING STUDIED IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND
AFRICAN PHILOSOPHY AND CULTURE PROPERLY
PABLO PICASSO ACTUALLY INVENTED CUBISM
BY LOOKING AT WEST AFRICAN CARVINGS
THEY ARE NOT JUST GODS THAT PEOPLE WORSHIP
SOME OF THEM SIGNIFY A NEW FORM OF AFRICAN PHILOSOPHY OR ART
THE PROBLEM IS THAT WE AFRICANS ARE SO BLIND
THAT WE ONLY SEE IT AS A GOD WE SHOULD WORSHIP
OR SOME WITHCRAFT POWER INSTEAD OF SEEING IT
AS A FORM OF KNOWLEDGE THAT CAN ENRICH THE WORLD
