_I went out full, and the Lord hath brought me home again empty: why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the Lord hath testified against me, and the Almighty hath afflicted me?_

The story of Naomi is a well known story and it represents
the story of a lot of Christians today. Naomi was woman who left the place of God for her because of hardship. Hardship does not last forever. A lot of people have left their place, the plan and purpose of God for their life in search of food because of a famine that is for a while.
*Psa. 30:5, "Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning".*
That situation is definitely going to change if you remain in God's purpose and plan. Naomi like a lot of Christians today was stubborn. She did not return to the place of God for her after her husband died. She waited until she lost everything. Beloved, if God has plans for your life, He will stop at nothing to bring you back to it no matter how far you run away from it. He made you for a purpose, Jer 1:5 "Don't let the innocent suffer for your sake (her husband and children died so that she could return). Don't let God empty you before you come back to His original plan for
your life. It is not that God will Himself afflict you. No! You become vulnerable to the attack of the devil outside His covering.
