please your advice is needed. I am currently working with access bank plc as a DSA with a monthly take home of 60k. I have gotten a job with accion microfinance bank as a Graduate Trainee (loan officer). I will be collecting 50k for the period of 3 months.and 93k after confirmation. please I need your advice should I continue with my access bank or accept accion microfinance bank offer?

first of all let me start by telling u that micro finance bank is job is not an easy job. They are not like coperate bank personal loan where u sit in the banking hall and customers will be coming to meet u to open an Credit cardaccount or made deposit.
This one is a daily routine, u will be the one to look for customers and also be the one to go and collect their money on a daily bases.
Now this is personal loan how it works the number of customers u got and the volume of cash u collect everyday as a deposit will determined if u will get a pay rise. As their salaries always start with 35,000 to 45,000. Depending on the capacity of the bank


Modify if u found error in my typing as am rushing to my office.


Sorry to ask, is ab still giving loans
