As for those of you blaming Nigerian leaders for our woes. 90% of Nigerians (both leaders and the followers) contributed to the mess we are in now. When the only thing Nigerians care about is their stomachs and pockets, but you still want the country to move forward. Many Nigerians care more about their ethnic/tribe and religion affiliations than the project Nigeria. Most of the countries in the world that we all see that are progressing have different religion (sects and denomination), different race, ethnic and tribe but they all had the same goal. Then tribalism, hatred for each other and no love for fellow human being and judging someone by where he is from.

All these have really taken this nation backward many years behind. And the painful thing is that the nation has not waken up from slumber.

Solution for now is for everyone to work hard and provide for his immediate family and neighborhood. To ensure that they are lifted from poverty.

Just in case you are serious about it, it's going to be mixed feelings for many Nigerians that will be opportune to witness the 2022 World Cup live. So many people will return back home with so much hate for how Nigeria has managed its resources for so many years. The construction sites are enough to move one to tears when you discover the efforts that's been put into hosting the event. The whole thing is so serious that it's causing serious bad envy even from neighbouring wealth nations. The Qataris do know how to make nations and people go green with envy with their touch

That won't be an issue. There won't be empty seats. These Arabs are really crazy about football and they've sunk so much resources into hosting it. These guys are planning the country beyond the world cup and the country is now being opened up. It may even be the most open of the wealthy Arab nations before that time with some plans the government is already working on. These guys think years ahead of even the world cup that's gotten our attention. They have other things they are working up that are more than 10 times bigger than the stadia projects all linked to the world cup and beyond. They are building new cities out of pure deserts in different parts of the country so filling the stadia up won't be a big deal. Asides that, many people are really interested in seeing the 'tiny' nation and that world cup would probably be their only chance
