FCMB blocked my account they told me i exceeded the account limit and i was asked to upgrade the account which they requested for a National ID card and a Nepa bill whuuci willingly provided since on Friday but up till today my account is still locked.
I have sent them up to 10 different mails, called them, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram but my comments are always being deleted whenever I make a complaints on their pages.

This bank is ruining my life, these guys are making me having a hard to feed i don't know what to do anymore.

The funny part is that they got the worst customer service in Nigeria, they don't card about their customers they are only after their money and nothing else.

Mynd44 please help me move to front page to show the world the scam this bank is. I'll attached screenshots of my conversations with them and everything below

They did the same to my fcmb+ mobile account last week and was just recently able to get it unrestricted. Rubbish bank

Go to Ecobank and experience the worst customer service.

It was just Friday , just 24 working hours and you've sent them 10 emails plus calls. Won't they verify the address ? What if they do physical verification (Stanbic do) and will have to send someone there?

Go to the branch and request to close the account, you will definitely get their attention

Why not go to the bank branch and show them how Nigerians can dramatize especially in distress, I remember those years, I can attract attention for Africa, if the branch manager no come out eh the press must gather for us , which one is u sent them messages online, go to there branch and shout brother

They did this to me, too. I had to write an instruction for the account to be closed and all my money given back to me.

I barely made it out of the bank before my account officer from the head office called me and was apologising. The account was unfrozen the next day.

I've noticed some sort of foul play in my account balance and alert. I intend to look into that this week. That bank is terrible!

the same thing Skye Bank did to me last month.....I couldn't access my account for like 3 weeks all in d name of upgrade.they told me they have to send some details to d bank I opened my account which happens to b far from the present state I dey Na dat time I come realize say d easiest way for your village people to get u is through your bank cos u will just b stranded....how many people go lend u money for this buhari regime

Bro pls go and see them face to face ohh. Have been in this situation before. I fought with them like mad nii. I took my passport and nepa bill with me. It’s that same day they open the account. Just go inside the bank.

FCMB is not inform the season. Try Access Bank, they bought so many customer care reps.

oga, go any fcmb branch near you and naked yourself for inside, cause gbege, run around naked with your blokos dangling upanddan. they will resolve your case one time. and if you can't, enter Twitter and dabaru their account there with enough tweets . you will be surprised how fast they will respond.

Bro i was at the bank on Friday and submitted the required documents needed. The bank dey town I dey esut, if you around enugu you should know what I'm talking about.

To go there alone na almost 1k. This bank is really bleeped up.

It appears you put all your eggs in one basket (FCMB). When all this mess is resolved go open another account elsewhere. In 9ja its always better to have a plan B or C so you don't get messed up this wa again. Cheers bro
