The adverts of this criminal minded individuals may put us on bad book of Google.

Self Clicking techniques have been on since 2011. It isn't clean, no doubt, but you won't be there when Google starts calling for these criminals.

Focus on your craft and earn legitimately. Those who cut corners are often met with a sudden brick wall. Google won't blacklist your sites but theirs.

If you are intimidated by them, ignore such threads and move on. It doesn't make sense to worry about some criminal elements when it doesn't affect you in any way.

See, while there are many bad eggs using Adsense in Nigeria, it still doesn't rule out the fact that there are special, premium Adsense Bloggers. That is where you should think of getting to.

You guys should keep encouraging the greed of lazy bones to ruin the efforts of the hard working ones.

By shutting down every thread is a way to tackle this. Because I know no responsible blogger will put that on his blog
Remember that 3 years ago nairaland was a heaven for cheats, free browsing stuff not untiill the mode had to close any thread that centers on that.

The rate at which Nigerians are being blacklisted on foreign platform is disheartening.
There was a time I place an order for a hosting services at awardspace.net due to their cheap and unlimited offer! They reverse my payment after 24hours with a message that they don't tolerate Nigerian clients and thus revoke their services. I lambasted their support services for such stupid discrimination but deep down in my heart , I knew its a futile exercise coz the average Nigerian out there is only interested in cutting corners, looking for black hats and such tricks.
Most freelancing site hate us to the extent that they don't even allow Nigerian IPS.
But be that as it may! that doesn't overrule the fact we don't have hardworking and legit guys just that the number of the bad guys overwhelmed the good ones.
But I also believe, gradually, we will get out of this mess by our collective effort, India has also pass through this stage and theirs was even worse coz of their advancement in tech than us, but recently they have been making impact in cleaning their soiled image .

Self clicking is the new G/yahoo/fraud and so they're recruiting and teaching how to earn millions, I hope Google tackles them alone and not go on a banning spree that'll affect innocent guys

What you don't know is Google are the No 1 beneficiaries of self-clicking apps.

Stop deceiving yourself.

Google isn't number 1. The only people that benefit are the fraudsters because these self clicking is an act of robbing advertisers of their advertising budget, they pay for fraudulent clicks hence exhausting their budget. if an advertiser continues noticing this, they will eventually run away from advertising with Google hence make Google lose customers/business and money at the end.

By the way if you don't know, publishers take majority of the earnings accumulated once an advert is been shown and interacted with, on AdSense publishers take 68% while Google gets 32%.
Now tell me how Google is the benefitiary here?

There are groups on Facebook where members exchange links to click on there ads.

Just yesterday more than 100 Google AdSense accounts was block.

So if Google notice anything funny it will just block there account.

But the over all impact will be felt by us all.
