2. The North can not retain or refuse to relinquish power because elections decides and for them to retain power via elections, they have to align with other regions in Nigeria since they don't have enough votes in the North to win outright.

3.Based on the above, the question you should be asking is, who are they going to align with? Yoruba or Ibo?
