By you being attracted to that only aspect, what can you build from that or use to bring the change that you want from back africans? Nothing. However, if you look deeper in to his actions, as far as him being brave enough to taunt the West and not allowing them to control him or his country, then you can learn something that you can take back to build black African leaders. We all know that most of them do whatever the white man tells them even if it means killing there own people to please him and get a little something on the side. LOOK DEEPER!

This man (Ghadaffi) went to a Christian country (infact the headquaters of Catholicism in the world) and he held a 'crusade' as it were for Islam, urging the citizens to convert to Islam and even distributing free copies of the Quran. Can the reverse of this situation ever happen i.e. a christian president or maybe the pope visit Saudi officially and then make a detour to hold a crusade somewhere inviting people to convert to Christianity and then distribute the Bible? It can NEVER happen methinks. And that is the importance of freedom. And given the chance again, the Italians wont stop him, becos its a free country and he has a freedom of expression which is more than can be said about a lot of the Arab countries.

I dont disagree with what you are saying at all. The point that I was making is, besides the fact of his insanity, at least he has the balls to deal with the white western countries, unlike most of the other black african presidents who prostrate,worship, abide by anything those Western countries tell them to do. I admire his bravery and stern persona this it,thats all.

I agree with you. However, based on this report of what he said in Italy by calling Africans ignorant and barbarians, he has just made a mockery of himself. There is nothing sarcasm about he said, he is a man that does not hide his feelings (remember when he called for a one nation Africa). HE IS A silly OLD FOOL. One of the things i respect him for, is that even though he is dictator, his people have one the highest standard of living in the whole of Africa and their level of prosperity (per capita income) is yet to be matched by any sub saharan country.

Who among you lot do not know that the original inhabitants of Egypt were blacks? Never mind all the other North african countries. Go on and research the historical relationship between the arabic religion/hegemony and black africans. Find out for yourself how the whole of North Africa (inc.
