An literate, a beggar and a PhD holder can be members of the same Church and u don't expect them to command the same level finance just because they attend same church. The cheapest housing unit is #4M, now divide that with 30 you get #134000 approximately annually. So that's the amount one has to pay annually if he or she is going for a #4M house over a 30 year installment.

Now let's go with a #100M estimate, divide that with 30, you get approximately #3.4M annually, so that's the amount one pays annually if he or she is going for #100M house over the course of 30 years.
