Yes, Minene sunanka and Miye sunnanka can all be what your name. Depends on which Hausa accent you have. Kano can be miye sunnanka bauchi can be Menene sunanka.

inna zuwa without the '?' means i'm coming. Inna zuwa? With the '?' means something different. They both have different tones too.
