Sorry boss....I had it once. The doctors in the east do surgery for such problem. They will cut it off and do somethings (my colleague case) and it stopped. It has no effective medical cure, go traditional. Anyone that bill above 5k is a scam . The only cure I know, I don't know it other name but Ekiti. It is common. I had the experience when I was young and i have recommended it, it worked.

Bros de best way to cure pile is by changing your diet totally. I've had pile like twice and all I did both times was to make my food more of liquid, don't strain while Stolling for it will only make u have sores and de pile will spread mind u it only took one week to heal...... Monitor the foods you eat. There are foods that trigger or worsen it. I had that back in the days. Biscuits, spicy jolloff rice, tea and bread worsened mine. Any food that would make me have semi-watery stool made it worse.

I avoided some kinds of stock cubes as I noticed they triggered it. I also started making my own foods myself. Any food that makes your stool solid (not constipated) is fine. Just pay attention to what you eat. That's how I managed mine.

Dude, I just went through the same pain recently. All I used and that helped were:
1. Anusol suppository ( These are inserted inside the anus). Once daily preferably when going to bed.

2. Ciprotab. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

3. Flagyl. 1 each in the morning, afternoon and evening.

4. I'm sorry I forgot the name but it's a pain reliever. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

5. Stool softener/Laxative (Liquid paraffin to be precise). 1.5 tablespoon, preferably before bedtime. You go shit the following day, you have to take note of this...

Everything listed above did not cost up to 4k naira.

If no improvements after 2 to 3 days, abeg go see better doctor.

Let me describe what you are going through and if I am correct then then you send me your phone number I will call you and let you know the solution .

Very close to your anus there is something like a boil which your picture shows .
When you try to shut it is so painfully.

Take lincomycin 500mg for a month, non stop, one morning, one evening. Pls come back with results if any. I had mine for about the same time with all kinds Pilar-to-wall-and-back treatments. Linco nailed it I quite believe.
