Go through Okon Abang judgements its usually to favour APC.

Even though rochas messed up by being greedy by trying to install his son in law....he deserves his certificate...I have asked what's the meaning of duress but some can't even define it properly. If you are under duress them no born am well to talk ....he can only claim that in court. Moreover only the Inec official witnessed the duress....police, das , party agents no witness the duress. . Justice has been served

There is no VAR in INEC, so once u blow a penalty that's the final, any aggressived can take it further.

Inec rarely appeals.the last time they did was in 2014.even if they appeal,rochas will be given his cert first
