Not at all, that's were you are making the mistake. Judaism believes in one universal God and creator of all.. It is clearly stated that God is not a man or human being and is responsible for both good and evil... There is none beside him... But in the Christian scriptures, God is now a man and you have two separate gods, one for good an one for evil and the evil one is an equal opposite of the good one... And forgiveness of sins is through believing in the death of Jesus.. While in Judaism one has to confess and forsake and God will forgive...

Clearly two distinct, different beliefs...
So? Are both books not the product of humans who wrote what they understood, or do you 'believe' one of them dropped down from the hand of God in heaven?

Exercise your mind and square circles, or is that beyond you?

Isn't it obvious you are not seeing the contradictions... I guess you just don't want to think for a moment that the new testament might be a forgery because you have invested your whole life on it... It is hard to accept that somebody is telling you the stories are all fictions..

Well, the Jesus story was created after nicea... That is a fact.
That's the problem with you. I've been agreeing that it could be fiction but its still a book, no? Bet one of the oldest you've ever read. But instead of understand it you pressume everyone believes it. I wonder if you believe Things Fall Apart too. Perhaps understand before you assume to know what one sees.

Do you know the meaning of "forgery"? Does it mean a copy that looks like an original?.And how did you conclude that one must not read only one book or one will become malnourished buda invests "your whole life on" one book?

You are not following my points... OK, let me ask you if you Pope and the head of the Muslims meet and decides to add the quoran after the book of revelation and Calls the new book a different name, will you believe and quote from it? As part of the word of "god"?

Your question is no different from somebody asking "what did iron man do?.. Or spiderman or one of the avengers....

It is just for entertainment at best.. But for the Jesus story, the idea Was to mislead and deceive..

That is my stand..

Why do you think I'd listen to the Pope, or Imam, or anyone else when I can read for myself? And like add the writings of Plato to it, or Aristotle, both of which are already added to the reading for those who can? Perhaps you still don't understand that humans shall not live by bread alone, and understanding trumps any believe.

As for me l don't believe scripture ends with the bible, l believe one can even write inspired scripture today and why not? that is what Holyspirit does, and he hasn't stopped working.

Do you know about the shepherd of Hermes, it was read widely by the early church, in many places of worship, but it didn't make it into our bible today because they felt it couldn't trace back to any apostolic authority. But the shephered of Hermes was more about self discipline and how we should live a moral life presented to us in the form of visions by the author.

The problem is not with viewing scripture as inspired, the problem is when we deceive ourselves that scripture is not the work of man but of God alone.

Even if the new testament is a forgery, it doesn't matter, what is important is that we must test the teachings by their fruits to know if they are the principles of God or not, if the principles taught within the new testament work, then who cares if it is fiction?
Don't you read Chinua Achebe, Shakespeare, lord of the rings, Marcus Aurelius, and the likes? Many of these are very healthy fictions that promote faith and create worldviews for children and adults.

However the gospels were not born from fiction but from a real person mixed up in decades of oral traditions and retelling of stories about him.
Many things there in all four gospels follow a pattern and can trace back to a real person.

God commandment forbids it.. "thou shall have no other God before me"
Thou shall not make the image or likeness of anything in heaven or on earth or under the waters below the earth, thou shall not bow down to them nor serve them".. Worshipping the likeness of a man, which is something found on earth is forbidden.. Thou shall not kill.. (there is no way God will be expecting a human sacrifice).... Put all together.. You will find Christianity promotes all what God condemns..

Well maybe man is not to make another image of God because man himself is the image of God according to your myth in Genesis 1v26.

Re: What Did Jesus Do? by Amujale(m): 2:26pm On Dec 12, 2019
What has Jesus done?

The answer by all accounts, is Jesus did nothing.

Jesus did nothing, due to the fact that fictional characters cannot really does stuff.

The Romans invented the Jesus character in order to pacify a militaristic rebel group that existed in the Palestinian regions.

In the manufacturing of the Christian bible, the authors that invented the Jesus character made up false claims of someone else's accomplishments whilst simultaneously defaming that same someone to which they had copied from.

For instance, the Jesus character is an adaptation of Romulus as well as various othe older religious iconic characters. i.e Buddha, Dionysus, Ela, Horus, Krishna, Merlin, Osiris e.t.c

Romulus is a Roman state god.

The similarities between Romulus and the Jesus character are too numerous to be a coincidence.

.Virgin Mother has a miraculous birth.

Essentially, Rhea Silvia/Romulus vs Mary/Jesus

Rhea Silvia, daughter of Numitor, king of Alba Longa. Before their conception, Numitor's brother Amulius seized power, killed all of Numitor's male heirs and forced Rhea Silvia to become a Vestak Virgin, sworn to chastity.

The narrative goes on, Rhea conceives the pregnancy of Romulus due to being miraculously impregnated by the Roman god Mars.

Therefore, according to the Romulus narrative, his mother was Rhea Silvia and his father was the Roman god Mars.

. Romulus grew up to be a shepherd. He was cared for by a shepherd and his wife: Faustulus and Acca Larentia.

. Romulus was killed by the Roman state.

. When Romulus was no more, similar rumours were spread. i.e the people wanted to search for his body but the Senate told them not to, 'for he had risen to join the gods'.

.Romulus was resurrected, taken to heaven and glorified by the Romans.

Proculus Julius was said to have sworn on a sacrd oath and recalled seeing Romulus descending from the sky in front of him.

.The people of Rome concluded that Romulus had become a god and ascended to heaven, after his death and ressurection, and began to worship him; calling him the son of god.

There are more than fifty known similarities between Romulus and the Jesus character and another one is expressed in the submissions of the 'Christ myth theory'; which holds the view that both Romulus and the Jesus character were mythical, fictional character who never existed.

As in Romulus himself was probably an adaptation of some other older religious character and concept. i.e ancient Egyptian Mythology, Buddhism, Hinduism e.t.c

That has always been the trend in Eurocentric ideologies of those times.

That has always been the trend in Eurocentric ideologies of those times.

They would adapt their characters into theirs or other peoples and from their create their false narratives.

These are the reasos that historians are without a shadow of doubt that the Jesus character is fake.

Furthermore, its worth adding that Egyptian Mythology isnt completely safe neither.

Egyptian Mythology isnt safe due to the negative influences that has been placee upon it by both ancient Arabian fundamentalist and Eurocentrics.

For instance, Imhotep is the original KM.Tic god of knowledge, yet he was benched by the Greek Helenistic religions that fabricated an updated Thoth character in a direct diffiance of Imhotep's wishes and as such corrupted parts of the ancient sacred KM.Tic text; then when the Hemetic religions got control of ancient Egypt, during the reign of Ptolemy, the Greeks introduced Hermes.

During the Ptolemaic reign of ancien Egypt, both Thoth and Hermes are being venerated together as one character.

Yet, neither of them was authorised to assume the duties of the characters to which the people of KM.T had intended originaly. i.e Imhotep- god of knowledge, Thoth - god of writing.

Then they combined Hermes the Greek god of interpretive communication with the Hellenistic updated Thoth character - god of writing and knowledge, and without any reasonable justification, they had Thoth assimilate Imhotep's attributes to later combine with Hermes to form Thoth-Hermis.

Then the Greeks took Hermes back to Europe added a few updates and then came up with Hermes T*********s

That is why they know use the commonly accepted name Hermes Thoth T**********s.

Ancient Egyptian Mythology is only good as a historical account and nothing more; its unsafe as a way of life due to the negative influence that it has been put under going far back as 800 BCE.

The main use of ancient Egyptian Mythology, is in order to explore certain concepts and to make good use of their voluminous library of historical events.

Thoth is the KM.Tic god of writing.

Hermes is the Greek god of interpretive communication.

Imhotep is the KM.Tic god of knowledge.

Well, the Jesus story was created after nicea... That is a fact.

Yes, i get what you meant here. The Nicea Council was one of the activities that advanced the authors plagiarisation of the Serapis Christus image and concepts into Christianity, others include burning all other books, bibliographies and desecrating sacred sites all across the globe.

The Ecumenical Council that was held in Nicea 325 CE is the part of the overwhelming evidence that Jesus is a fictitious character.

Basically the Jesus started off as an ordinary character that the authors of the Christian bible has made him up on a continous bases until they arrived at their current character.

According to Roman history, the Council of Nicea also known as the Ecumenical Councils were legally convened assembles of the ecclesiastical dignitaries and so-called theological experts (of the government of Rome) for the express purpose of discussing and regulating matters of doctrine and discipline.

Over 20 councils were convened between 325 and 1870 CE.

These Councils actually created authoritative decrees, they actually passed so-called 'laws' as to what is and what isnt, what one is allowed to think and what one isnt allowed to say.

What caused the Council of Nicea to convene in 325 CE ?

Well, that would have to take us back to KM.T. and the first European Pharaoh; Ptolemy the first also known as Soter (ca. 367-283 BCE).

Ptolemy the first became pharoah of Egypt due to an agressive invasion as per Alexandra the Greek also known as Alexandra of Macedon.

Through Ptolemy, came Soteriology.

Soteriology is the doctrine or the study of salvation.

Ptolemy insisted that the people of KM.T consecrate him as a god, similar to the way they did with their Pharoahs at the time; essentially to make him Pharoah and the people of KM.T turned him down.

Giving the reasons that he wasnt worthy, Ptolemy didnt belong in KM.T in the first place and that the only reason he was in the position he was, is because of Alexandra's unjust military campaign of invasion into their domain.

Ptolemy the first then took upon himself these self- proclaimations:

Meryamun
Setepenre

Ramensu Meryamun

Mery - beloved

Amun - god.

Meryamun means beloved by god.

Setepenre

Setepen - chosen

Re (Ra) - god.

Setepenre means chosen by god.

Ptolemy wasnt given these names, he took it upon himself.

He insisted that they make an image in his honour, the Egyptians didnt want anything to does with that type of thinking and then he began putting them to the sword until he found a group of sell-outs Coptic Egyptians in Memphis; and they consecrated him to the office of Pharoah and they made an image. And this image is called 'Serapis'

Probably using the combination of Apis and Osiris to create Serapis ca.350 BCE.

Serapis was taken out of Egypt to become the greco-roman god Serapis Christus ca. 135 BCE.

Ptolemy the firsr tried to incorporate the religion of the Greeks into Egypt; thereby creating a new god in honour of himself. i.e Serapis.

The current image of the Jesus character is actually Serapis, the image that was made in honour of Ptolemy the first.

Aries tried his best at the time to stop them, pointing out to the people that Serapis isnt a god, he's an image of a European imposter; and was one that was part of an evil invasion rather than a virtuous person.

The Nicean council lasted for two months and four days, 318 theological dignatries were hosted by Constantine.

Here the Roman Emperor made Silvester the first Pope of the Catholic church.

The Nicean creed was an unauthorized decree that was canonized by 318 Roman theologians at the Council of Nicea in 325 CE.

Anyone can get there hands on the Nicean creed, its the false narratives that the Roman Catholic church tells itself everyday.

Imhotep, was a Nubian scientistsic ; the world's first ever known multi-genius and their original god of knowledge.

Imhotep is recorded as a multi-genius due to the numerous disciplines he has been found to have successfully studied and taught. i.e Architecture, Astrology, Astronomy, Engineering, Orthodox Medicine, Mathematics, Philosophy and The Physical Sciences.

The most remarkable physician of all time and the greatest medical practioner in the history of Orthodox Medicine; it's from Imhotep's medical journals and write-ups that Western orthodox knowledge of medicine is derived.

.
Without the knowledge from Imhotep and the other KM.Tic priests, the entire world of today wouldnt have been able to have made the great advancements in the Arts, Commerce or Sciences.

Going by your logic, l could ignore your source and say that imhotep is a fictitious character created by the Egyptians.

Traditions from long after Imhotep's death treated him as a great author of wisdom texts[2] and especially as a physician.[3][4][5][6][7] No text from his lifetime mentions these capacities and no text mentions his name in the first 1200 years following his death.[8][9] :

The records about imhotep do not have good evidence in history like almost every story of the ancient world, so imhotep is nothing but a fictitious character using your logic and way of arguement, unless you can provide good evidence for his existence.

No reputable historian, philosopher, physician or mathematics in their correct senses can deny the existence of Imhotep.

None of this is proof until you show me records from his time that speak about him. l am simply holding you to your own standard.
lf what you wrote above is good enough proof for imhotep even though you have no contemporary writer speaking about him for about a thousand years after his death when people began to worship him, then why do you doubt the existence of jesus whom we have records of just decades after him, of people worshipping him as lord. The existence of christianity as a religon in just 30 years after jesus, which Roman Emperor Nero hated and blamed for a certain fire in Rome, is that not better evidence of an institution built in the name of jesus, than the likes of Plato, Aristotle, etc praising lmhotep? people who lived about 1600 years after imhotep?
Yet you do not doubt anything you read about imhotep even without any contemporary record?
