Exactly, the salary is good for naija standard. Lots of people with msc sef go apply instead of staying idle or being underpaid elsewhere.

Their is nothing wrong about their requirements once the pay is right.back to delivery men,in my opinion should be educated and well spoken because they are the image of the company out there.communication skills has a lot to do in delivery.if you have ever meet a rude and uneducated delivery man you will undastand me more.
Another thing we have to understand is that he will not end there in life.he will definitely get a better job.instead of staying at home with your setificate considering the way the country is now,it better you take the job and build from there.

Good question. You see, if you are in procurement/logistics sector, there are some professional dispatch riders who handles client request with tact and care. Take for instance, multinational companies with heavy cargo shipment would not want to use local courier service but reliable ones as I mentioned earlier who uses vans, buses and mini trucks for their delivery.

To me, the HR did a bad advert. She didn't specify the nature of the job and the skills needed. Perhaps she might be hiding something hence her shady advert.

The person below me has spoken well.

I feel the request should have been a logistic manager.

It shows the level of knowledge the HR has.

Starting salary 150k, compare that with any ministry

I guess why the pay is that range. I don’t understand what the complain is about. Buhari son drives a 50million bike abi okada.

I know lawyers and bankers that were offered less as starting salary.

But I don't see anything wrong in that.

Let's look at it critically:

Let's say a banker is earning ₦150,000/₦200,000 per month.

And a dispatch biker is earning ₦150,000/₦200,000 per month.

And they both have B.Sc.

So what's the difference?

No difference.

The end justifies the means, biko.

Imagin, and someone just need a waec certificate to be Collecting salary of over 20million naira + freedom of embezzlement and stealing o (later is for the ruling party).
