I use it to replace all my dairy needs except for my chai tea and it’s delicious because of the coconut milk added to it.

I don’t remember if you said you’re allergic to nuts or not. But if you aren’t, this shit is good.
So yum.

For my chai tea (I’m a big chai tea addict) I use this one. Almond with vanilla flavor

Also this grated Parmesan that I get from Costco is the only cheese that I can eat without getting the lactose rumbles. This and goat cheese. The rest of the cheeses I just have to have a bite and move on.

I use unsweetened almond mixed with small skimmed milk like twice in a week but my tummy has started bailing out on me again.
I found an alternative I posted weeks back.
I blend soy beans with smoked or blanched almond and cashew. And was so happy I discovered it. Gonna add date to it as i have some from home.
