Please advise me on what to do my people. Can I use my BVN identity for now and process NIN when I come home for the interview (if shortlisted)? How long is the interview notification to prepare for my trip home? Would you suggest that I use the BVN identity for now and apply for NIN when i come home?

Please, I need your advice on the NIN thing... I am currently in Cape Town rounding up my MSc at UCT and want to apply for PTDF. Unfortunately, I do not have NIN before leaving Nigeria. Can I use my verified BVN in place of NIN and definitely process the NIN few weeks before the interview in Abuja?

Yes. Go ahead. You can apply with SoR. But try and get the certificate before the interview which is hopefully by March/April, 2020.

Biko if you have your B.Sc from a foreign country can you still apply for this? A friend said mostly foreign graduates are not considered what's the truth behind this please

But if any of your university choices is in Germany, you also have to apply to the DAAD portal.
