I can imagine. They can be very scary and aggressive ehn. They know people quite well, even when they don't - they do quick profiling. I am sure I would approach you if I were a masquerade too. You done do small exercise sha.

I encountered this one sometime ago in Obowo. He wasn't flogging, just pushing people out of his way and begging for money.
