Many of these loads are self-inflicted.

1. Having multiple girlfriends, when married or even when single.

You end up bearing their responsibilities - and some times their family’s. Just because of sex.

2. Living above your means. You are staying in a one room self. You earn below 150k monthly. But;

You are using a DSTV and have to subscribe above 10k monthly just to watch EPL etc. at the comfort of your home.

You take Uber daily, instead of public bus or bikes.

You eat out in eateries and go to cinemas every now and then.

Subscribe to Netflix and all music channels - just to stream.

Make promises to people you can easily avoid and lie to that you are just managing.

Belong to multiple social clubs and association in church and all.

Spending money instead of investing it or saving and yielding small returns.

Etc.

Truth is - many loads can be Genuinely unloaded; leaving only the basic ones that are unavoidable.
