I have been browsing for free with my celtel line through my configured latop and this morning,when i tried browsing it displays an error saying:Unable to connect to server.

For example, if i want to visit google search engine.

If i type www.google.com in the internet explorer address bar and click go, it will later display this message:

"Unable to connect to server www.google.com(Winsock Error 10060--216.239.59.147.80)"

Thats where you are wrong my friend even right now i am using it to browse for free, thats what i have been browsing for the past 3weeks 24/7 free! Even when i load my phone with credit they do not deduct a kobo so wake up my brother and shine your eyes and get someone that can make it browse for free.If you need help you can reply me.

go to tools from your internet explore click on internet options, locate connections, dobble  click on your connections then u put d celtel Ip address on d 'USE PROXXY ADRESS. put 172.18.254 then use 8080 as port. Am 100 % sure that it going to work. i use nokia 6260 to browse with my system, via bluetooth.
