So, it's about total conversion, to live for Jesus and do his will. There are many other sins; If we are humble he will give us grace to overcome sins.

I totally disagree with you and you are so wrong in your assertions. Fornication is not in anyway better than masturbation because when you fornicate with someone, your spirit is being exchanged with the person’s spirit and if the person has a bad spirit, your life will also be in disarray. Many pretty girls you see today have bad spirits in them and any guy that sleeps with them will find it hard to achieve anything great in life and apart from that, you can also get hiv/aids, gonorrhoea, syphilis, unwanted pregnancies and so on. Honestly, while I don't hold brief for fornication, it's absolutely honorable when you have sex with a woman that Worths it. But masturbation on the other hand takes every honor from you and toasts you empty.

I can tell you, no chronic masturbator can achieve any note worthy success in his life.

So please, that is why I have come here to ask for the advice on how to encourage him to keep on fighting against addiction and what bible verses can I quote for him?
