Of course, I comply with the lockdown, but I make sure I do a 20 minute outside walk, at least twice, and every 2 days apart. I was even contemplating setting up my collapsible/folding bike, to go out on next time, lol. We'll see.

Let me on you to a confession, sometimes, late last year, I started talking detox herbal green tea religiously, lol, this is the Tetley brand but this one particularly was detox with selenium. Apparently, the selenium in it, helps protect the body cells from oxidating stress. I have been drinking this tea, every day since late year. Once in the morning before going to bed and at night before retiring for the night and going to bed. Sometimes even in the aftrrnoon. Anway, guess what, fast forward to the present, selenium helps to produce new immune cells and can help to strengthen response to infection and I have been taking it religiously since late last year without COVID-19 ever being in the news in my locale, lol.
