according to reviews about them on GLASSDOORS they still keep records of applications that meet requirements for future further interview.

My interview was supposed to be today but got a mail yesterday evening that it has been rescheduled to 13th July at the request of one of the foreign interviewers. So hands still crossed,

Woke up to a mail that dropped at 1am inviting me for a final interview on 6th of July. Apart from the HR person the two other technical people copied in the mail are foreigners, a South African and an Israeli. Kind of tensed but God will see me through.

Don't know whether to say sorry about that or good for you either way wish you all the best.
They're really taking there time and not in anyway in a hurry.

i called the number that sent me the invite, the guy was very free and ready to answer my questions, he said as at last week that i called they haven't sent mail to any candidate that did the final interview yet.

I thought as much, there is so much time on their side so they have to use what they have(time).
No point rushing things up, making offers to people then keep them waiting.

For people who haven't gotten any mail and know that they met requirements, just keep your fingers crossed. Since they have much time they can come back to others that wasn't previously invited and use the time to look deeper into all data they evaluated from the interview.

Ensure you have data then open Skype if you are online, you will a green dot in between your name but in a short form

One thing I have noticed about most of all these company is that if u pass any assessment or interview, they will notify u in less than 24hours. But u didn't pass, they will stop communicating with u.

Don't worry about Skype, they will call u on phone. If u log with Skype bad networks will not make concentrate on ur question. Just ensure u have power on ur phone, once it's time for interview HR will call you.
