Honestly, there is a war against marriages.

How spouses would be more tender to bosses, subordinates, friends, random people, neighbors, colleagues, classmates than themselves is worrisome.

When it comes to their spouse, 'I won't take it, I can't do it, I can't compromise a little, it is my way or no way'...

'I, I, I, I' and yet will place on their CV as 'team players; ability to negotiate; ability to work under pressure' bla bla.

Practice these skills at home.
