USED TO EXPERIENCE the same problem until i found out that it can be solved SIMPLY by registering a blackberry email address. Won't accept if you input yahoo or Gmail from a 'worldwide location". As you can see, it keeps on displaying an email address and asks for a password.

Configure a BLACKBERRY email account on your device and try after 30 minutes.



If the email address prompt which is displayed read thus: man@etisalatng.blackberry.com, you would not have experienced that problem for a second.

but still i cannot download onto my phone, it keeps timing out.

is anyone else on mtn experiencing this? i want to be sure before i change to another network as i heard etisalat is better
