Go to blacberry.com, download the application, sign up an id and from dere u can download ur bible and dictionary.
i did it and is worin fine but u av to pay for BIS for u to use d applicatn.

@OP, the yes easiest way is to go to mobile.blackberry.com and download the blackberry app world. Register then you can download free apps.

The blackberry app world even connects even if you don't have a BIS subscription.you just nEed tp do some settings. So yes, you can download apps on your BB without a BIS sub.
