Anyway, I do not understand clearly what this argument is all about. But to my understanding, possesion of fake document is an offence with intent of using to work or working with it or using it for any other things in most European countries. Offenders are usually jailed for it.
Of course, some people get caught while working with fake document and the immigration officer may not press charges on the person instead they will be placed in the detention camp for deportation. And I think they do this because they dont want to spend money by going to court.

That could be the case in other countries, they maybe jail, now in the Uk employers are trained to spot forged documents and if they failed to do the proper check then they will be fined abt £5,000 for each illegal worker employed.

I think Canada is more preferable dis days cos after your program u could apply for ur permanent residence. My cousin who just finished his master degree here in UK just relocated to Canada wt a good job there now.

If you are caught working without any document, your employer will be liable for it and in that case you may only be deported.

I never said that(bolded part) read my post again, u miss-quoted me.

The last part of your post is not true as well. The law hasn't changed yet, the changes are still under consultation, students can still invite their wives or partners, the law concerning that hasn't changed, it may change this April.

The issue about working hrs u stated there is not true again, its not about college or university, rather its about course level, if one is studying degree in a college or university, that person can work 20hrs a week, the 10hrs working are only for pple studying courses below degree level whether in college or university.

If you really want to help Nigerians then start by giving them honest information, lets not mislead them
