I remembered my undergraduate days we used to collect 'government scholarship'. Medical and Law students were paid higher amounts. Assume others are paid 10k, students of these two dept would receive 50k.

Everybody who went to a federal university was trained with state funds. Buhari has been receiving a salary since his first year in the university. That hasnt stopped him from embezzlement.

Buhari was trained with federal money and he has been serving the federal government meritoriously since time immemorial. He started as federal military officer. During the service years he occupied different positions. He even fought in the civil war that ensured this country remained one today. He didn't run away to another country after being trained by the federal government because of money. As human being,
he was not flawless in the course of discharging his duties, but no one can accuse him that he at a point in time abandoned the country after being trained with the federal money .
Even at retirement he continues to present him self to the services of the country because he sees it paramount to give back to the country what the country gave him, his philosophy.
To say that he embezzled, remains the figment of your own imagination.
