For starters, in the next election, they should choose another party besides PDP and massively vote for that party and it's candidate, perhaps the new party and governor can bring the Governor Zulum-style of progressive leadership and development to the state.
PDP has been a curse and a source of regression to many of these states since 1999... nothing much to show for all Federal allocations and IGR over the months and the years.
Look at what Governor Zulum has done in Borno state in just 1 year, with the small Federal allocations the state receives and low IGR when compared with the Southern states and their years and decades of massive allocations and IGR.
