Maybe you wiil attach extra elastic band there to prevent injury.

As long as its a full baby that is coming out from there, there is bound to be injury. The only way to escape that is through CS.

There's no injury blueprint.The question of if there will be injury lies on the size of the baby and the size of the vagina the baby is passing through.
