Having social anxiety is another thing because I do have social anxiety as well, can't stand in front of just three people and talk but what can one say to this heart beating faster always, I mean always!

Assuming someone that's close to me, maybe a friend or just an area girl or guy or any of my family member coming to visit or coming unannounced, my heart will suddenly be beating very fast once I see them coming, like if someone is so much close to me would definitely hear how my heart beats at the moment.

I don't wanna die young abeg, am just 27 and I don't know what's wrong with me, my heart beats faster always. If continue like this, my heart might just pop out someday, I pray that don't happen, I haven't enjoyed anything in the world yet.

Please Doctors in the house should come to my aid before High Blood Pressure gets to me and eventually ruin me

U are having palpitations..I have experienced it..caused by fear, anxiety or stress..attimes it feels like your heart wants to fly out of your chest..too much alchol or caffeine mine comes more especially after eating food rich in carbohydrates and spicy food .... some Maggi used in food can also cause it...I took time to notice because I battled with it...take alot of water avoid caffeine carbohydrates..learn to relax then DM me to recommend something that will help you...08085398357
