Pls I would be very grateful if car gurus in house can enlighten me on the reliability of d following cars in terms of ruggedness, power output & the one that has less electrical issues among the 3 models of d cars since they all have d same body style

They all have the same body probably trim is only the difference

Still on same shape,
Toyota harrier/RX300 was for European/Asian market same shape

04 to 05 was Rx330 with 3.3L engine same shape

06 to 07 Was Rx350 with 3.5L engine. Same shape

If you want cheaper parts then the harrier with 1mz is cheapest followed by 330 then 350.

Go for it. Ensure it's not flooded or having any electrical palava or badly maintained. It's a good decent vehicle.
I've used one for 6.5 years and I sold it this year. Go thru my profile and my replies, you'd get exhaustive read-ups about the vehicle.

RX of that era never had any trim like basic or premium.

It's just called base and in the pre-order sheet, owners who ordered them brand new selected what features they desired.

I personally love AWD vehicles. It all depends on what you seek.
