I dont know why there has been so much noise about people choosing to relocate, it is personal choice, not everyone will leave Nigeria. And there are less than 90,000 Nigerians in canada, it's not like everybody is leaving.

When moving to Canada I'd suggest you opt for the Toronto area (GTA) if you can. Alternatively, Montreal is similar if u have familiarity with French. Tho English will prolly be sufficient too (but to thrive pick up ur Francais). Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton if work carries you.

And Vancouver as well if u have the money or work placement already.

But can't emphasize any harder, the Greater Toronto Area will be the best intro to Canada! Get on from there and move elsewhere when you have to.

"Safer" is not the right word. I think the right phrase should be "more honorable."
