Why Nigerian Military Will Beat Esn Hands Down, Again And Again by Nobody: 7:48am On Feb 20, 2021
I pity the ignorance and high grade stupidity of those claiming that ESN will defeat Nigerian military.

Quickly, let's take a brief look at some of the reasons why the Nigerian military will beat ESN hands down, a multiple number of times.

One, ESN is poorly trained and lacks manpower, compared to the Nigerian military.

Two, ESN lacks financial power- a couple of days back, IPOB came online to solicit for funds to support ESN. How will they continue to keep ESN equipped with military hardwares if the funds are not there in the first place? On the contrary, the Nigerian military usually set aside trillions of naira every year as annual budgets to keep it's military fully equipped.

Three, ESN is only recognized locally and globally as a rebel ragtag Army, or should we rather say a terrorist group. It has no legal backing to operate in the first place, to start with. They'll face a strong opposition, both locally and globally, which could lead to demoralization on part of its personnels and stiff resistance from international groups and global powers, since the global powers have nothing to benefit from IPOB (IPOB doesn't control any oilwell or natural resources).

Four, ESN doesn't even have what it takes to go on an all-out war against the federal military, when it comes to military hardwares. The Nigerian military have got some of Africa's most deadly armoured tanks and fighter jets. Needless to say that airstrikes from the Nigerian Airforce have proven again and again to be highly disastrous. No armed resistance group armed with only Kalashnikovs (i.e. AK-47s) have ever succeeded in their armed struggle against well-equipped government forces. This may be so painful to accept, but it's the whole truth.

But have Nigerian army been able to defeat Boko Haram? if they haven't done that, you now think it is ESN which are more supported by their people who will get defeated, haven't the military be receiving trillions of naira to fund it's budget's over the years but still couldn't defeat Boko Haram, op just go and sleep, you no nothing about armed militias, how many ESN members have the military been able to arrest since they where created? you think it's easy, tell the military to go and fight them in the forest nah, what are they waiting for?

I believe there are certain things you're yet to fully understand about Boko Haram and banditry in Nigeria.

Unlike ESN, Boko Haram and banditry are well-equipped and lavishly funded. Go and do your research on that.

Unlike ESN, Boko Haram and banditry have unalloyed and extraordinary support from some topdogs in Nigeria politics and even beyond.

Unlike ESN, Islamic insurgency is strongly founded on rigid and extreme religious dogmas, that motivates the fighters to sacrifice their lives for the cause- even when they're are outgunned, they'll keep on fighting

Bro you forgot high moral.
Never under estimate it

High Moral can make a brave goat kill a coward lion.

Nigerian army have been demoralized over the past few years due to north east campaign and corruption.
Many will desert if esn fight a war of attrition and not a total war.

Esn have high moral due to the cause they are willing to die for regardless of low financial/equipment power compared to army.

Nigerian army dont have that luxury because most of them joined not for the patriotic act but for financial and status reason.

Just SHUT UP.

So with all these you have mentioned, why has the nigerian army failed to defeat bokoharam?

Sources say that the weapons boko haramb uses are way more sophisticated than that of the nigeria military.

So before you talk next time, think critically.

don't forget the side of war that says your enemy equipment can be use against them.

Ask yourself, most tankers BokoHaram has, did they buy it?

Do you even understand what the word "break" means in this context?

Remember, Ojukwu handed over to Philip Effiong, who deliver a very brief speech of "unconditional surrender" on January 15, 1970. I believe you understand what that means? You lost!

ESN isn't a conventional army created to fight the Nigerian army you mo.Ron, ESN was created as a vigilante group to curb the excesses of Fulani attacks and other criminal activities in the East. If you are looking for a war then focus on the North East where the insurgents have all the sophisticated weaponry for a drawn out assymetrical war against your weak military as is the case already, ESN is simply a child of necessity borne out of the utter tepidness of the South East governors in creating a regional security outfit like Amotekun, and not an army.

You don't want to know the stuff the esn is made of, who told you they are not well trained and funded. They are far more sophisticated than you think. Instead of being unecessary jealous, just pray for peace.
