You don't want to know the stuff the esn is made of, who told you they are not well trained and funded. They are far more sophisticated than you think. Instead of being unecessary jealous, just pray for peace.

It becomes pertinent to advise you to stop deceiving yourself

I pity the ignorance and high grade stupidity of those claiming that ESN will defeat Nigerian military.

Quickly, let's take a brief look at some of the reasons why the Nigerian military will beat ESN hands down, a multiple number of times.

One, ESN is poorly trained and lacks manpower, compared to the Nigerian military.

Two, ESN lacks financial power- a couple of days back, IPOB came online to solicit for funds to support ESN. How will they continue to keep ESN equipped with military hardwares if the funds are not there in the first place? On the contrary, the Nigerian military usually set aside trillions of naira every year as annual budgets to keep it's military fully equipped.

Three, ESN is only recognized locally and globally as a rebel ragtag Army, or should we rather say a terrorist group. It has no legal backing to operate in the first place, to start with. They'll face a strong opposition, both locally and globally, which could lead to demoralization on part of its personnels and stiff resistance from international groups and global powers, since the global powers have nothing to benefit from IPOB (IPOB doesn't control any oilwell or natural resources).

Four, ESN doesn't even have what it takes to go on an all-out war against the federal military, when it comes to military hardwares. The Nigerian military have got some of Africa's most deadly armoured tanks and fighter jets. Needless to say that airstrikes from the Nigerian Airforce have proven again and again to be highly disastrous. No armed resistance group armed with only Kalashnikovs (i.e. AK-47s) have ever succeeded in their armed struggle against well-equipped government forces. This may be so painful to accept, but it's the whole truth.
[/s]

What an aberrant litany of hogwash, the same Nigerian soldiers met the ESN fire for fire last month in Orlu on two occasions and lost about 8 of their men. A viral video of a stranded and frantic Nigerian soldier trying to hide from ESN operatives until he was wrongly rescued and given refuge by some daft individuals became the talk of the internet. Yesterday the Military had enough of their arses been handed to them after they were repelled and chased away again last week by the same ESN, and had to resort to harassing air reconnaissance and raids that only ended up scaring residents of Orlu than having any military impact! right now ESN are getting lots of funds from the diaspora, and are now operating more covertly until they can secure more sophisticated weaons - especially SAMS artillery guns etc) to punish your weak military and their punitive air raids! The funny part is that ESN wasn't even created to fight the military, yet they are already a major source of worry to your paranoid government

The Made-in-China odeshi being paraded by the ragtag group is failing them once more. Rather than hold their ground and fight back, the cowards who couldn't withstand the superior firepower of the almighty Nigerian Army, turned around and set Hope Uzodinma's property ablaze

Why dwell so much on ESN and forget Boko Haram and bandits? Are those not a bigger threat which should worry Nigerians most?

Lies. Only the unlearned and less informed will say Boko Haram have more sophisticated weapons than the Nigerian military.

Let me school you a bit...

Boko Haram secured their weapons from the Arab Spring revolution. During the armed struggle against Muammar Gaddafi, NATO supplied endless weapons and ammunitions to the Libyan revolutionaries, in order to successfully end the Gaddafi regime.

When the war finally ended, the leftover of weapons and ammunitions were so much that they had to sell them in open marketplaces, like people buy and theirsell meat and other foodstuffs in the marketplace. It was during that same period that Boko Haram began their armed struggle against the Nigerian government. Those weapons and ammunitions were supplied straight from Libya to Somalia (where the insurgents trained), and all the way through the desert and finally down to Northeastern Nigerian.

Some of the calibre of weapons in the insurgents armoury include, AA guns, HMGs and LMGs, RPGs, and of course IEDs. Later, the insurgents siezed armoured vehicles and some artillery weapons during encounters with the Nigerian military.

But Boko Haram has no fighter jets. They don't have the more sophisticated artillery weapons. The Nigerian military has some of the most sophisticated UAVs in all of Africa (the Nigerian Navy presently owns the most sophisticated attack UAV in Africa). But the insurgents succeeded very well by using suicide bombers (tell me, how many Ibo men would ever choose to be a suicide bomber?... lol), as well as IEDs.
Young man, you seem to have lots of time in your hand. Someone up there adviced you to rather to to think of how to emancipated yourself from the ongoing desaster the country is currently facing rather than focus on how others are facing theirs.
Guess you don't have kids or responsibilities yet.

I think it's high time PMB gave a presidential order declaring a state of emergency all over the SE and other affected SS states. There should be full fledged war against IPOB terrorists without delay. Heavy artillery weapons should be rolled into the region and used against the insurgents, as well as constant air bombardments from NAF.
Re: Why Nigerian Military Will Beat Esn Hands Down, Again And Again by 2elliot: 7:47pm On Apr 25, 2021
If ESN can just get weapons that can easily bring down fighter jets down and or get their won fighter jets, then the war is even. Deployment of jets is what may easily weaken them, aside that, using guerrilla warfare, they can sustain the fight. But that is not what we want. We just want Biafra.

HOW THE NIGERIAN ARMY CAN DEAL WITH IBO/IPOB TERRORISTS WITHOUT GETTING OVERSTRETCHED

One of the many challenges the Nigerian Army has been facing in launching offensives on IPOB terrorists' camps is the fear of having it's troops getting overstretched.
Already, the Nigerian Army has been trying to contain terrorists activities in the Northeast and Northwest regions of the country. With limited manpower, creating another theatre of operations in the Southeast region will come with a lot of challenges, and particularly in the aspect of personnel deployment.
However, in situations like this, there's always a way out. The following battle strategy I am about to expound will definitely go a long way in combating the insurgency that is already brewing in the so-called "Biafraland."
MILITIAMEN
There's a saying that if you want to catch a money you must behave/disguise like a monkey. IPOB/ESN terrorists as we know them, constitute what could be termed as a ragtag army- that is, a group of militiamen who lack adequate military training and strategies, as well as being outgunned against federal forces.
Drawing from the assertion above about how to catch a monkey, the best way to deal with this Ibo terrorists is to form a similar group of militiamen from among their own tribesmen, though well-equipped and fully supported by the federal government, to carry out offensives against these Ibo terrorists.
If IPOB terrorists think they faith in one local medicine, these government-sponsored militiamen should also be fully equipped with more effective charms. If ESN have camps in thick forests, the government-sponsored militiamen should also have similar camps. If ESN are ruthless in their operations and embark on guerrilla warfare, the government-sponsored militia should not come short in any way. It should be a dog-for-dog horses-for-horses strategy.
The militiamen will go after IPOB sponsors and donors- setting their properties ablaze and gunning down anyone associated with them in any way. No need for arrests. It should be blood for blood.
The federal government will then embark on propaganda strategies. Propaganda is an effective weapon of war. If IPOB think they are good at fabricating propagandas, the federal government must prove to them that they themselves are master propagandists, and that no ragtag army like IPOB terrorists have a monopoly of that strategy of war.
Occasionally, the federal government should order these militiamen to carry out attacks on selected structures in the so-called "Biafraland", and blame IPOB for such attacks, to create a bad public impression about them. Already, IPOB have been involved in things like that. But government being directly involved in it and using the weapon of propaganda will go a long way to garner public sympathy from peace-loving "Biafrans" and the international community. This will definitely be a game changer in the war againsts the Ibo terrorists.
Additionally, the federal government should provide arms and ammunitions which Ibo terrorists rarely have access to, as well as air support for the militia. Helicopters should be used to drop weapon and food for the militia in their bush camps. Gun trucks should also be provided in order to give their operations more mobility effectiveness.
THE END OF USAIN BOLT KANU, HEEMA POWERFOOL AND ALL IPOB TERRORISTS IS VERY NEAR.

BREAKING!!! IPOB SUICIDE ATTACKS IN LAGOS

Latest Intel reaching us says IPOB and Usain Bolt Kanu are currently brainwashing illiterate Ibos and luring them into becoming suicide bombers.

Their target is Lagos, Nigeria. They'll begin from next month. And they'll use the media to promote propagandas that Islamic terrorists are the ones carrying out such attacks.

Please, if you're a Lagosian, try as much as possible to avoid crowded gatherings. Churches and mosques, as well as marketplaces and banks are their specific target areas.

To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

The first batch of suicide bombers arrived Lagos last week. Five more batches are to come in between June and September 2021.

I believe this Kanu of a guy has been smoking cowshit lately.
