Before you go on to present whatever Bible verse you think makes sense to your claim, please read through a similar claim addressed only yesterday.

I am sorry, where did Jesus Christ teach you that if you believe in his name, you are a true believer? Have you ever actually read through any of the Gospels to learn what it means to be a true believer?
The passage below is from John 15, note that there Jesus Christ clearly tells you that He abides in those who obey His commandments, and not in those who reject His commandments.

Is there some other definition for a true believer that you suppose Jesus Christ Himself did not get a memo on?
As far as Christianity is concerned, Jesus Christ is the Law, and according to one of His commandments, you are commanded, by Him, to love your enemies.... see below.

If His Laws do not work for you, then don't be a Christian at all, it is that simple, and even for your own good, mind you.
Wars have existed since the very beginning of time - the teachings of Jesus Christ only the last 2000 years. If you find that His rules are not good enough for you, you are welcome to quit Jesus Christ completely. That is the sensible thing to do. But to pretend that He did not say what He is recorded to have said over 1950 before you were conceived is ludicrous.
Interesting line you pick there... but how about carefully examing that verse in the context to which it belongs?

According to Jesus Christ, He told this to His disciples at the time so that the scripture found in Isaiah 53 vs 12 might be fulfilled in Him. From Isaiah, we learn that Jesus Christ was numbered with the transgressors, yet he bore the sin of man, and makes intercession for the transgressors.

Was that scripture not fulfilled when one of His disciples took a soldier's ear off, Jesus Christ having to put the ear back on after calming both parties down?

* Note that the disciple who struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his ear during the chaos that ensued was also described as a transgressor in all of this.

This disciple was also defending his "family" when he took the ear off of the high priest's servant, but instead of being called a "hero", he is called a "transgressor" by God - through His prophet Isaiah and through Jesus Christ Himself. You have to understand that this is the same God that announced "Vengence is mine".
Does that tell you that God sanctions your personal vendettas and whatnots? Are you certain you really know as much as you claim of the God you profess to worship?

Many of the apostles of the same Jesus Christ, when attacked and killed, were not recorded as defending themselves. The Story of Stephen serves still a reminder to all those who choose Christ that this is no cakewalk. Stephen never lifted a finger against his attackers that day but instead took the punishment for the sake of Jesus Christ.

If you feel, however, that you have territory, lands, nations, etc. that are important to you, treasures on this earth to defend, go right ahead and defend them but pretending you do so in the name of Jesus Christ - that is a copout!

There has been so many complications since the Roman Emperor Constantine hijacked the sacred service known as Christianity in the first century and turned it into something else to suit his political ambition.
Perhaps you and i need to discuss about this for a moment, i was also a practicing Muslim and i never agreed that Jesus is God's Son but thanks to JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES i know better today.
If you're interested you and i can talk at length on the topic. First of all i want you to know that Adam is also God's Son according to the Bible but why has Jesus' sonship difficult to grasp?
