Sometimes we hurt so deeply by someone or an event that occured in our lives.

Openly we declare I have forgiven him or her and left her to God.l, we say this time and time again just to appear pious and upright but yet 99% of the times I still see the lilac hue of unforgiveness attached to the spiritual aura of such a person and I smile to myself.

In all my years in this current life time I have seen this one too many times. Alot of people are simply plagued by the chains of unforgiveness.

Forgiveness I have come to see is one of the hardest things for us to do as humans but it is the most important process we must pass through.

More often than not when someone is talking to me about an event in their life and I inquire about their childhood immediately you see flashes of suppressed emotions. Most people you see have one issue or the other they have not truly forgiven someone or themselves for.

For you to grow spiritually you must learn to forgive be it someone else or yourself for whatever it is that caused you that hurt.

I have seen people who haven't forgiven themselves for mistakes they made as far back as 20 years ago , some of you are here in this life time due to the fact you haven't forgiven yourself for mistakes in a previous life time, so you are given an opportunity to come and to experience and let go yet you still hold onto the hurt.

One this my work as a life counselor has thought me is that alot of people are carrying a great hurt within them, a hurt so huge it is locked behind a massive door hundreds of feet tall with giant metal chains. We they come to me to talk and I breach these huge doors in their subconscious it is always an overwhelming emotional experience of emotional overflow.

Some of you reading this are simply victims of unforgiveness be it to yourself or for someone else it's all the same.

When you recall a past event you often feel a rush if heat beneath your collar or your chest heart beat skips and speeds up slightly . You get uncomfortable remembering this event and you tell yourself you have forgiven but you don't like to remember yet when you remember you are over come with emotions hurt and pain at these memories. You haven't forgiven, not truly , hence the emotional weight. As a seer I see these color shades of unforgiveness attached to many a soul all too many times claiming to have no such issues with unforgiveness so it doesn't surprise me.

To have these unresolved emotional baggage leads to spiritual chains between you and the person. If you where to depart this life through death you are chained to a shadow of that person in the after life and it follows you everywhere .

I have seen unforgiveness so strong that it affected the man's reincarnation, he was reincarnated in the family here in Nigeria where the person whose chain linked him to because that same human spirit hadn't forgiven him from a previous life. They owed each other so much that and never forgave that despite that experiences in the after life they had to reincarnate to finally severe and resolve all their issues.

I have spoken with people who had traumatic experiences from their childhood, they were victims of molestation and they subconsciously blamed their selves so much it changed the trajectory of their adult life forever and they didn't know until we spoke.

Unforgiveness comes in so many varied forms that one must strive to completely and totally do away with any baggage that chains you to an event emotionally and spiritually.

To forgive on in totally is to totally let go on spirit and hand it over completely to the spiritual laws . You must confront these memories events and heal to let go and forgive completely.

To forgive is to transcend and to soar above in thanks and gratitude to your creator and leave all things unresolved to the spiritual laws of creation.

This is how it should be but yet is the hardest thing for so many to do hence they come to people like me to help them make sense of it all.

So from today take a note of al events that happened in your life up till this moment ,. All events of significance and ask yourself have I truly forgiven myself of so so person?

Be honest with yourself , this is why I always say it's important to sit alone in a room for at least 30 minutes a day, this is a perfect time to do this.

Take stock and list out events then assess if truly you have forgiven self or the person in question.

Then begin taking action. To forgive with set you free and allow you soar to never before experienced levels of spiritual maturity

I have seen a spirit stuck on earth after death . She passed on after a hard life , her husband beat her so much in life, maltreated her and was a neighborhood nuisance and she died in sickness , this woman's heart was so filled of anger 9t held her hovering around for years until reckoning dawned on her after years of even the so called husband had died and sunkedn to lower regions to atone for his crimes she was hovering around following shadows of him here on earth . It was a sad thing to behold indeed

This is why sometimes some people have had dreams of those whom they knew on earth that did them wrong come around in their dream trying to gain forgiveness. Forgiveness is so strong that spirits in the after life even try to get in touch with those leaving to get forgiveness
We must learn to forgive in truth and not the way modern religion acts it out like a movie
