I am planning to begin my building in Nigeria but i don't know who to trust.
It's really frustrating.

Good morning, I just saw your post, all you said is very true....I would also advice you try to talk to your brothers on the dignity of labour...help them see how important it is to handle resources responsibly, develop a mindset for investment and to sit down and work.....I hope they realise how important all these are in the long run, do try and have heart to heart conversation with them, and if they don't listen, then stop wasting your resources on them, they would eventually wake up......on the other hand, I handle building projects, you can trust me for a reliable work, let me know if you are interested...God bless you, have a good one

Anyway, I agree with her.. I know a guy that plays football professionally like he has played in Europe, Saudi Arabia and still playing at a club somewhere.. I have seen some of his post with big names training together and this guy own big big properties here in Nigeria.. I still wonder what kinda of brother he is when I see his younger brother on the street...

But one thing I'd suggest is when you make money.. instead of handing them cash to lavish or waiting for them to tell you about their business idea.. I'd rather you open businesses and make them managers, supervisors etc just engage them

The business will fail within three months, and he will still blame you for opening a business for him without knowing the type of business that best suits him.

My advise to you is to just save enough money and buy an already built house in an estate. Don't send money to anyone to build for you, 95% of the people you give the job to will steal you blind!

Even sent me out of his lekki home using Corona as an excuse. Today, I am through with my research, I don't care about them. I have followed my own path jejely with God.

what is wrong with u. how much are u even earning in the USA. I am currently working with Exxon Mobil Nigeria. for me to get to that level, it is how much I have invested in myself. If trust is a problem consider purchasing a purpose built house from notable real estate firms, no time to check time. Building project supervision is another drain pipe for those lazy relatives
