The value of culture is in relation to society. Cultural practices exist to enhance society. If it isn't then it is worthless.

you are allowed to dress in your traditional dress without constituting nuisance. That guy was nude. And it draws us back to a place we prayed our way out of as Africans. Nudity is no culture...it's just a lack of clothing technology in a culture. Every culture had that era.
