The Simple Definition Of Sin!When God created Adam and Eve He (God) looked at everything He has made and it was perfect. Genesis 1:31 Then Adam sinned and right from that day Sin became the entire nature of man {Romans 5:12} when God gave the Israelites his 600+ Commandments and wrote the first ten in two stone tablets the Israelites thought they are the only righteous people on the surface of the earth but is that what God wanted them to perceive through those laws? NO is the answer! A diligent study and thorough meditation of those laws will tell an intellectual that humans are the complete embodiment of SIN meaning no one not even a single person survived without overstepping those laws! Psalms 53:3 compare to Luke 18:19 That's why Apostle Paul listed the WORKS of the flesh (in which we are all living today) in the Bible book of Galatians 5:19-21, please study those things carefully and ask yourself "am i free from all of these?" Paul said "those PRACTICING these things will not inherit God's Kingdom" The point of emphasis there is PRACTICING which means we can't be totally free from the WORKS of the flesh while we are still living in the flesh! Romans 7:18-20 But there's hope! If anyone trust (beleive) in the model God set before us all (Jesus Christ) and exerting himself to live his life in harmony with Jesus' thoughts, words and actions (Luke 13:24} God will blot out the mistakes we made during the time we are scrubbing our dirty robes {Isaiah 1:18} and it will be clean in the blood of the lamb! His Commandments is simple, Love GOD and people. If you truely love GOD, you will avoid doing things that displeases HIM, things like not believing in HIS Son JESUS. You can't please GOD if you don't believe in JESUS. If you believe in JESUS, you will keep HIS words... you have to be a born-again to be able to keep HIS words and do GOD's will always. Once you become a born-again, the Spirit of GOD will dwell in you and use you to do what pleases GOD always. So you can't please GOD by your own self/power, it's GOD that will help you do this through HIS Spirit, and through our LORD JESUS.
