He remarked that the ANOH gas project would, amongst other things, drive the growth of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) as an alternative to unclean fuels like firewood, charcoal, kerosene. Oil doesn't necessarily coexist with gas.
Southeast has the lowest oil production in the country?
They have 3 oil producing states more than anywhere else in the country excluding South South.
Oil production is determined by nnpc and private investors and doesn't really correlate to oil reserves.
Majority of oil reserves are offshore, so even though SS states claim them they belong to no one.
Imo state is one of the largest gas reserves site in Nigeria.[/b]Theyĺ have two gas production plants under construction by Shell and Selattyn with billions and I remember Sylva once mentioning [b]an estimated 200trillion cubic feet of gas was in the state
