SecretReporter:for oil discovery!!! For crying out loud at the detriment of oil producing state. It's just like a lazy man asking a hardworking man to give him 85% of his monthly earning because he needs money to look into alternative means of making money, when it is obvious that nothing would come out of it and the foool accepted without saying a word, is that not stupidity? 6 Likes |

Southern Unity is just a mirage... Until the entire youths from the South rise up, unite and retire all these bastards called politicians and political elites, there will be no progress! This is one area I agree with Nnamdi Kanu! The elders and statesmen of the South have failed woefully in nearly all ramifications especially those who call themselves law-makers. That's where Igboho, Kanu and others have got it all wrong... The foremost thing the entire South must do is purge herself of these imbeciles called political office holders. 7 Likes 1 Share |

codedguy1: It has nothing to do with numbers The numbers from the North alone can't pass any law same with that of the South no matter the number. There must be sellouts from either side for any bill to pass. The results we are seeing says which side harbor sellouts. 4 Likes |

It's because majority of them carry party politics on their heads with absolutely nothing to offer whereas the Northerners keep pushing and protecting North's interest even at the detriment of South. See how Remi Tinubu attacked Smart Adeyemi the other day bacause the man asked that FG finds solution to banditary, kidnappings and insecurity plaguing the country. There are other APC senators from North there but none attacked or talked the man down but a fellow Southerner did. It's better for us to start speaking up else we'll start the process of recalling them from National Assembly. 5 Likes |

Why did the useless senator Sekibo withdraw his point of order to compel the Senate president to carry out the vote again since the Senate president was biased in the voice vote? The fact is that most of these southern Senators have been stained and entangled in one corrupt act or the other, they have therefore lost their voice. They will be threatened with EFCC if they decide to speak against such bills. asobo1: |

One of the reasons why Tinubu wanted to create more LGs but Obasanjo disallowed it. If Tinubu had succeeded in creating those additional LGs, other southwestern states would have followed suit and we would have had more rep and senators. Instead oBasanjo withheld Tinubu's allocation for about 3 years till Tinubu left office... However that was when Tinubu's head was still correct o... Gentlerespect76: 2 Likes |
