Whatsup guys, I've been searching for the best shipping company with a good review and many of them seems to have issues with their customers about stolen packages, delayed delivery and worst customer service.

I then stumble on this company called Heroshe and I want to ask you guys if you know anything about them. How trustworthy are they and how good is their services.

They ship for you and can also buy for you. They said 1 Pound cost $5 and the delivery time can take upto 21 days .

Let me know what your think about this company and their services. I no won chop beans abeg �.

i have used them. i received my items but their customer care is horrible.

People need to pay attention because all these problems with shipping are massive business opportunities.

boss what’s up, can we use split payment option on heroshe this one they’re increasing their fees to $8 on 12th, let Anyone who’s interested let me know please it’ll really save costs and I ship weekly

Hmmm $8 dollar is still the best you can still get in the market o, other shipping companies either charge very high or they have other silly clause attached. One said 7 dollars only for me to find out when the item is already their hand that you will have to pay 30 if your package is less than 5kg, another said 7 dollar only to bill 90k for 2 phones with the excuse that phones are charged differently. So many bad experience with all those companies, and the US route is not like the China route were you have unlimited number choice to pick from. So just try and manage it like that for now.

not in my experience since I discovered them on this thread
My items have never come later than 13 days (and I’m not in Lagos, it comes to awka usually on the 12th or 13th day) if I was in Lagos would’ve been 8 days
I hope you know they only ship on Thursday so it’s from Thursday you’d start counting

Hi, I bought on ebay through one of the ebay guys here on NL and now heroshe is asking for proof of purchase. he has provided me with ebay proof of purchase slip. The billing is not in my name but the shipping is. Have encountered this issue before? What is the best way to go about it? Thanks

You should’ve bought it yourself, what you just described will trigger a a fraud alert that might make them complicit if they go ahead and ship it

they’re becoming slower and slower in processing and approval, if it’s approved you’re good to go, mine has never been rejected before but I’ve not had a situation like yours before, and they prefer you sending proof of purchase as pdf not screenshots, was warned the first time

usually within 24hours, if you’re in haste to get it approved I’d advise you call their attention to your file (it might help)
