I am presently seeking admission in one foreign university but I am confused by the requirement to attach University 'ledger'. What do they mean?

I've been working around universities for a long time and have never heard of using ledger in the context of admissions. I suspect that they made a mistake. University of South Africa uses similar phrasing, but ask for a "legend".

"Copy of your tertiary academic qualifications, including the legend."

Anyway, I interpret this to mean they want your transcript - a list of all the courses you've taken and the grades for each. But I think your best bet is to check with the university itself and ask them if that is what is intended.

Thanks. God bless you for the input. I was thinking they meant detailed statement of result not just the certificate. Anyway as you advice, I will reach out to them for clarification.
