DEPUTY SECTOR MANAGERS
Job Locations: Abeokuta, Akure, Benin, Ibadan, Osogbo, Abuja, Kano and Kaduna
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT SALARY: 300,000.00 + KPI Bonus
QUALIFICATION
M.Sc, B.Sc or HND in any Business related field with at least second class Upper division or its equivalent

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT
• 3 Year proven work experience as a Business Developer Manager or Sales manager or its equivalent in banking, fintech, FMCGs, Betting or Health Sector
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or marketing in any field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the activities of the Sales Managers & Sales Assistants
• Onboarding and managing key merchants in the identified sectors in their locality
• Hit sales quotas, coordinate sales assistants to ensure they prospect and onboard businesses
• Design and ensure implementation of scalable sales strategy for their team member
• Follow up with sales assistant to ensure active and inactive business partners are visited and if need be mobilize retrieval of POS from inactive business partners
• Recruit, onboard and train sales assistants and continuously improve sales processes
• Ensure sales assistant are meet up target
• Actively collate report from sales assistant and give same to the superior



SECTOR SALES MANAGER

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT SALARY: 150,000 + KPI Bonus
QUALIFICATION

B.Sc or HND in any discipline with at least second class lower division or its equivalent

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT
• Proven work experience as a marketer, Sales Representative or Business developer in banking, fintech, FMCGs, Betting or Health Sector
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospecting and onboarding of businesses
• Follow-up with businesses to ensure active usage of the deployed POS
• Retrieve POS from users when they become inactive or dormant
• Visit merchant regularly to get information and communicate same to the superiors


BUSINESS DEVELOPERS/ MARKETERS
Job Locations: Abeokuta, Akure, Benin, Ibadan, Osogbo, Abuja, Kano and Kaduna
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT SALARY: 40,000 + KPI Bonus
QUALIFICATION
B.Sc HND or SSCE in any Business related field

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT
• 1 Year and more proven work experience as a Business Developer, Marketers or its equivalent in banking, fintech, FMCGs, Betting or Health Sector
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or marketing in any field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Onboard Merchant/ Agent
• Ensure they apply for OPAY ATM Card
• Report Field Observation about Agent to the company
• Ensure the ATM card is been activated
• Doing every other duties assign to them by the Organisation
