There is this lady i have always loved so much so,I decided to ask her toast her but she told me she is not ready for a relationship.l decided to let her be but she is not helping matters.She keeps calling me and asking how I do
Then i do wonder why she keeps calling despite saying she doesn't want a relationship
Right now,I want to stop picking her calls or have any thing doing with her but I loved her

Perhaps she just wants you as a friend, but since you are emotionally attach to her then the friendship is unhealthy for your emotional health. Just ghost her.

She may be giving you altitude now cos she knows when she comes in her disturbances and jealousy fit be wahala, hence she is telling you, she no want any relationship. So think am well well if you dey ready and no be only to come f*co you dey call love you really want.

Self respect and value is all you need at this point.
The feeling you have for her,most cases,is going to cloud your reasoning and good judgement,but you have to do what you need to do for your own mental health ; move on.
You're going to lose everything,most times,if you stick around a woman who got no feelings for you and you on the other hand,got that oxytocin rush for her.
Her friendship is going to make it very difficult for you to move on,because you're going to keep investing your time,probably resources ,attention,mental and emotional energy in it,but with a different purpose ; that she might reconsider you,and that's not a good situation to be in for a man that have self respect and value for themselves.
You're always going to be stuck in that dungeon of trying to impress and convince her to accept your proposal,with leaves you drain and in her frame.
Establish boundaries,reduce your availability and attention you do give her by picking her calls and maybe,chatting with her on social media platforms.
