I have been deployed but when I try to Upload my Acceptance Letter, the web page says " Something went wrong, try again later". It has been like this since 7 a.m. The same thing happens when I try to download my PPA Letter.

have you been to your place of primary assignment? Because I think you will upload the acceptance letter after it has been accepted or rejected at your PPA
