We are not the only ones to blame, but it is important that we help to change it, for our future’s and our health’s sake. There was a time where it was weird to see obese people because we didn’t have computers and people spent their days outside in the summer and in the winter. Shovelling, raking and doing other activities and so did our children. It is so important that we understand that our children learn by our example.

If we can show our children that we are not lazy and sit around then perhaps they will not either. We need to make the effort to turn off the children and force our children to do other things and use their imagination. They may have forgotten that we were the boss but they have to relearn whether they liked it or not. It's time to take away the electronic fun and save it for a rainy day.
