I finding it difficult to print my npower deployment letter, it always displays an error message; it says too many requests received try again later. And when I try again, it still display the same message.
Please what should I do to enable me print it?

I have the same problem. I've stayed up all night for many nights and I'm still unable to download the PPA letter.
