Just want tomake some confirmation, I went to one cafe to check if they've started downloading the deployment letter, only for the cafe guy to tell me that they'll draft the deployment letter for me so I'll take it to my ppa for acceptance, and that's what they're doing now. He said many people dont know about this development, that they're doing it codedly. Then I asked him, why will a government empowerment program be done codedly, then he said it is one of the npower staff working there at the secretariat that told some people. He will even direct you to one cafe so they'll draft it for you.

Pls I want to know is this claim true or false.
And also is there anyone that has successfully downloaded his/her own deployment letter on the npower dashboard??
