Sometime ago, someone testified that she was asked to fast for 14 days before her wedding because some evil forces are trying to harm her in the course of the wedding or marriage.
She did, probably as a result, her two siblings died within the 14 days of fasting.

This has really made me to be confused, some people do say we should pray for our enemies while some say we should cast fire on them. Which do we follow?

Someone who's against your progress in life, and you're praying to God to bless him/her. I'm still getting confused.
How will you achieve what you want in life if someone is hindering you spiritually? and the person is still breathing fine.

Jesus never say evil prayer against his enemies instead he said " Lord forgive them for they don't know what they are doing" l never pray evil against any enemy or enemies rather l pray for their change of mind and turn around in their life.

Now, as a child of God, even if you don't pray against your enemies, the good you're doing to them is heaping coal on them and will eventually destroy them if they don't repent.

There are dangerous prayers some people pray that may not be intended for a particular person but will hit the fellow if his hands are not clean towards the person praying.
That is why it's not good to be planning or thinking evil of someone especially bornagain child of God.

So do not expect what happened when Elijah prayed in that one instance, or what happened during his encounter with the prophets of Baal to happen for those in Jesus Christ.

In the New Covenant, the rule is you must love your enemies and pray from them, not against them. That is why Stephen, even as his enemies surrendered him about, prayed for them and not against them.

Be sure that Jesus Christ is not a liar and will not answer any prayer that is contrary to His Word. So, you can maybe convince yourself that the devil is instead the one who may give answers to those because Jesus Christ will not.
